This comprehensive service addresses issues of sag, friction, and side-to-side play, restoring full hydraulic function and extending the lifespan of your investment:
- Complete disassembly of your seatpost
- Inspect and clean all moving parts and surfaces
- Replace upper collar internals
- Replace inner seal-head bushing
- Replace brass keys
- Replace fluid
- Replace bleed port seals
- Flush hydraulic line and switch mechanism
- Rock Shox: Upgrade version 1 and 2 IFPs to version 3, if applicable
- Inspect and replace all remaining internal seals
- Reassemble and torque to manufacturer specification
- Full function test
